Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Potential delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues may cause a delay in processing and/or shipment times. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 CAD.

Shipping within Canada: 3-9 business days (delivery times may vary due to shipping delays and order volume)

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for orders in and around the Niagara Region. We will contact you via text or email with the contact information provided at checkout to schedule a pickup time and provide further instructions.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your local pickup order to be ready.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Break Through Apparel is not responsible for these charges. If they are applied, it is your responsibility as the customer to pay them.

Shipping to the U.S: 4-8 business days (delivery times may vary due to shipping delays and order volume)
