Break Through Apparel's Return Policy

There's nothing we want more than for you to be happy with your purchase. Break Through Apparel will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the value of approved merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. 

We do not do price adjustments on previously bought merchandise and items bought during special store promotions are available for store credit only. Break Through Apparel has the right to refuse any items if they do not meet the below criteria.

Online Returns

  • We must receive your return within 14 calendar days of the date your order was delivered to you. International orders will be allowed 30 calendar days. Returns older than these dates specified will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, and free of any odours (smoke, perfume, etc.), animal hair and/or makeup with tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
  • Items that do not meet the above requirements and/or are returned past the allowed time period will not be accepted. You will be contacted to have the item(s) returned back to you at your expense.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must arrive in proper packaging to ensure they do not arrive damaged. If they arrive damaged from shipping due to improper packaging, they will not be accepted.
  • Please ensure that all necessary customs forms and declarations are properly filled out and attached to the package to avoid any delays or issues in customs clearance.
  • If you wish to drop off your return package at our location instead of shipping, please include that in the note section on the return request page. You will be contacted to schedule a drop-off date.

Once we receive your return, the refund total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, minus the shipping and return shipping cost. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Final Sale Items - The following items are non-refundable:

  • All accessories
  • All hats
  • All bathing suits
  • All bodysuits 
  • All jewelry
  • All intimates
  • All sale items

If you return a non-refundable item, the item will be disposed of or added to a donation pile. A refund will not be issued. No exceptions.

Exchanges

To start an exchange, contact us via email at info@shopbreakthroughapparel.com

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you will need to return your item to us and tell us the new desired size. Once we receive, inspect and approve it, we will send you a confirmation with the approximate delivery time for your new item. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If you prefer to drop off your item for exchange rather than shipping it, please include that in your email.

If an item is unavailable in the requested size, we will automatically issue a store credit refund. Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used on any future purchase. Exchanges are processed for the discounted amount paid (if applicable).

Defective/Damaged Items

Once you receive your order, try on your new items! Make sure they fit and take a few selfies! Tag us on Instagram for a chance to be featured on our page! If you think you have received a defective item, contact us via email at info@shopbreakthroughapparel.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit. Claims of defective items past the 3 calendar day period will be rejected.

We are not responsible for any damages due to cutting into packaging or improper washing. Always read and follow the label. Please make sure you remove tags using scissors instead of ripping them out. This may cause a hole or damage to your garment, deeming it non-refundable.

Break Through Apparel is not responsible for damages that occur to merchandise once the package is delivered.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please be aware that Darling Authority is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit, including international shipments. Any claims or issues regarding lost or stolen packages should be directed to the shipping carrier and local customs authorities.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
